Daniel Pontecorvo is a successful medical device sales & business development executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience of leadership within the orthopedic and spinal device industries. During his extensive tenure at Synthes he was not only recognized as one of the top performers in sales and distribution but was also highly regarded as a key contributor to building the unique Synthes-AO culture.
In 2005 Daniel joined a fledgling Globus Medical as a key distributor, business development partner and investor. He formed L5 Surgical as the exclusive distributor of Globus Spine products in the Mid-Atlantic region. In just 5 years L5 became the top performing distributor within the company with upwards of $35 million in annual sales. He left to start Camber Spine in 2010 and also co-founded The Institute of Musculoskeletal Science and Education. Daniel is also a partner in Propel Orthopedics as well as Founder, CEO and Founder Investor in Puratec, a medical technology start-up which is developing an anti-microbial catheter utilizing a patented electronically released silver ion technology.

Bob is also a Principal in the Institute for Musculoskeletal Science and Education, an organization providing product development, regulatory and clinical research services, as well as in S-1 Spine, the exclusive distributor for Camber Spine Technologies products as well as other orthopedic products. In addition, Bob is a Principal of Propel Orthopedics and a member of the board for Vertical Spine, Inc. Adding to his long list of accomplishments in the medical device industry, he is a very successful real estate developer and investor – entrepreneur in various other businesses

Seth began his career in 2003 in film production and advertising. Seth has spent the last 10 years in the orthopaedic industry, primarily spine, after joining Daniel Pontecorvo at L5 Surgical as a sales representative in 2005. Seth became one of L5 Surgical’s leading sales representatives and went on to found Camber Spine with Daniel Pontecorvo and Robert Morris. Seth is also one of the founders of the Institute for Musculoskeletal Science and Education, an organization providing product development, regulatory and clinical research services, as well as in S-1 Spine, the exclusive distributor for Camber Spine Products as well as other orthopedic products. In addition, Seth is a Principal of Propel Orthopedics and Anatomed, companies also in the business of orthopedic product distribution.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & Operations
Paul brings to the company over 25 years of orthopedic experience and close to 20 years of Spine experience. He has worked at companies ranging in size from Stryker and Synthes to small start-ups as Blackstone, US Spine, Amedica and most recently Pinnacle Spine Group. He has held positions ranging from engineering manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, to COO/CEO. At Stryker, Paul was integral in developing Stryker Japan and later in the integration of Howmedica into Stryker Orthopedics. He also led Blackstone and US Spine to successful exits and helped Amedica to its’ IPO. Paul holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Adelphi University.
