Daniel A. Pontecorvo
Founding Partner & Executive Chairman of the Board

Daniel A. Pontecorvo is co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Board for Camber Spine. Daniel has more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development and leadership within the orthopedic and spinal device industries. Daniel served as Camber’s CEO until October 2023, where he lead the development of the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy. Prior to launching Camber Spine, Daniel was a principal partner in L5 Surgical, one of the foundational distributorships for Globus Medical where his top-performing distribution team, generated upwards of $35 million in annual sales in just 5 years. Previously he was the number one ranked distributor in the country for Synthes Orthopedics. As a top performer in sales and distribution, Daniel was a key contributor to building the unique Synthes-AO culture, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary. Along with opening the doors to Camber Spine in 2010 and co-founding The Institute of Musculoskeletal Science and Education. As a leader who is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and instilling this mindset companywide, Daniel has been the driving force behind the launch of Camber Cares, a nonprofit company initiative to give back to the community through community service, mentoring, and volunteering.


Seth Anderson
Founding Partner & Chief Innovation Officer

Seth Anderson serves as Founding Partner and Chief Innovation Officer. As the CIO, Seth Anderson works with Key Opinion Leaders in the spine market to convert ideas into measurable business initiatives. In this role Seth is charged with leading the innovation process, identifying market opportunities and cultivating and maintaining surgeon relations. Seth started his career in film production and advertising and moved into a successful career in medical device sales where he quickly became one of the highest performing sales representatives at L5 Surgical, a Globus Medical Distribution company led by Daniel Pontecorvo. He then went on to co-found Camber Spine with Daniel Pontecorvo and Robert Morris, while also serving as a founder of The Institute of Musculoskeletal Science and Education. Seth also serves as a Principal at S-1 Spine, Propel Orthopedics and Anatomed.


Brooks McAdam
Chief Executive Officer

Brooks McAdam was named as Camber Spine’s Chief Executive Officer in November 2023. Since joining Camber Spine Technologies in 2020, Brooks has established himself as a leader serving in multiple roles and driving efficiency throughout the organization. He has played a critical role in the development and growth of Camber’s OLIF portfolio, restructuring supply chain and finance, as well as leading a growing sales team. Brooks has quickly risen through the ranks as Vice President of Operations and most recently our Chief Operating Officer. His work has had a significant impact on Camber’s profitability and culture.

Having spent his entire career working for two of the biggest players within the Orthopedic industry, Globus and Medtronic prior to joining Camber Spine, Brooks has developed a deep understanding of the spine market. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University.


Steve Willis
Director of Product Development

Steve Willis serves as the Director of Product Development for Camber Spine, joining the company in 2021.  Steve has held various roles in product development, operations and marketing at BD, Stryker, and Terray Corporation. With over 17 years of experience in medical devices, Steve has led or supported the development for over 30 product launches as well as making significant upgrades to legacy product lines and processes. Steve received a BESc in Mechanical Engineering and MESc in Biomedical Engineering from Western University.


Dr. Edward Vresilovic
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Edward Vresilovic serves as Chief Medical Officer A leading board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon, Dr. Vresilovic most recently practiced with UPMC Orthopaedic Specialists of Central PA, and was previously Professor at the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Penn State College of Medicine. He has also served as Chief of Spine Service, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and PENN’s Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Vresilovic brings more than 36 years of experience in orthopedic surgery to the new role. After graduating from Perelman School of Med at the University of Pennsylvania in 1985, he did his residency in orthopaedic surgery at PENN. He followed this training with fellowships in joint reconstruction at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, and spinal disorders at UCSD in San Diego. He has maintained an active educational and research career with more than 100 peer-reviewed original papers, and ten patents.
